Step-by-step setup
- 1Open your invitation email and tap the Accept your invitation button.
- 2Choose Create account if you are new, or Sign in if you already have an account.
- 3Use the exact email address the invitation was sent to.
- 4Enter the verification code we email you. Check spam or junk if it does not arrive.
- 5You will go straight into the app. Add it to your home screen for one-tap access.
Frequently asked questions
How do I accept my invitation?
Open the invitation email and tap the button. Choose Create account if you are new, or Sign in if you already have an account. Enter the verification code we email you, and you will go straight into the app.
Which email address should I use?
Use the exact email address the invitation was sent to. Invitations only work for that address, so a personal or different work email will not be accepted.
I didn't get the verification code
Check your spam or junk folder and wait a minute or two. On the code screen you can tap Resend. Make sure you typed the same email address the invitation was sent to.
My invitation link says it expired or is no longer valid
Invitations expire for security. Ask your company administrator or supervisor to resend your invitation, then use the newest email.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password, enter your email, and follow the link we send you.
Do I need to install an app?
No. It works in your phone's browser. You can add it to your home screen from the browser's share or menu button for one-tap access.
I signed in but I see a message that I have no access
You may be signed in with a different email than the one invited. Sign out and sign in again with the invited address. If it still happens, contact your company administrator.
