Who we are
Coach-In-The-Pocket™ is an AI-powered field assistant for construction and specialty-trade contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and the company you belong to.
Content your company provides: procedures, safety documents, training material, announcements, and similar resources your administrators upload.
Usage information: questions asked of the assistant, safety reports and check-ins you choose to submit, and basic technical data such as device type and pages visited.
Contact requests: details you send us through demo or support forms.
How we use information
To provide the service, including answering questions from your company's approved content, delivering invitations and notifications, and keeping accounts secure.
To support your company's administrators with privacy-minimized summaries and analytics.
To respond to support and demo requests, and to improve reliability and performance.
Your company's data stays yours
Each company's content is kept separate from other companies. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your company's content to train public AI models.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform (such as hosting, email delivery and AI processing), when your company administrator directs it, or when required by law.
Security and retention
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging to protect information. We keep information for as long as your account or your company's subscription is active, or as needed to meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting your company administrator or reaching us through the Support page.
