Agreement
By accessing or using Coach-In-The-Pocket™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.
Accounts
Access is provided by invitation from your company. Keep your sign-in details secure and let your administrator know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful work purposes. Do not attempt to access another company's information, interfere with the platform, or upload content you do not have the right to share.
AI guidance is not a substitute for judgment
The assistant provides information based on your company's approved content and general knowledge. Always follow your company's procedures, applicable codes and safety regulations, and the direction of qualified supervisors. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
Your content
Your company keeps ownership of the content it provides. You grant us permission to host and process that content only to operate the service for your company.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may update features over time and will update these terms when needed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Termination
Your access may end if your company ends its subscription, your administrator removes your account, or these terms are violated.
